Audrey Jean Dean

Audrey Jean Dean of Buffalo Junction, VA passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at the age of 82. Born in Friendship, AR on July 1, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James and Helen Ross Collins. Audrey had various interests but particularly loved to fish as well as listen to music and dance by the pool. She was artistic and enjoyed crafting and scrapbooking.

She is survived by her sons, Gregory Scott Dean (Teresa) of Drakes Branch and Jason Lee Dean (Robin) of Arkadelphia, AR; a niece, Kristen Noel Conaway (Paul Conaway) of Buffalo Junction; sisters, Linda Karen Collins Dougan of Little Rock, AR, Caroline Cody Carter of Searcy, AR and Helen Bernice Collins Glasscock of Benton, AR and brothers, Edgar Collins of DeGray, AR and Harry Truman Collins of Bismarck, AR. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jerica Chentya Dean (Thomas E. Vann), Jenna Jaylene Owens (Jeffrey), Hope Dean and Ashley Nicole Dean and great grandchildren, Andru Lee Owens, Lillyanna, Lucas, Logan and Luna; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Don Leroy Dean; son, Michael Don Dean and siblings, James Collins, J.T. Collins and Corrine Collins Clay.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 2502 Walnut Street, Arkadelphia, AR.
