Julia Seward Acree

Gasburg, VA Julia Ann Seward Acree, 88, passed away at Sentara Meadowview Terrace, Clarksville, VA on August 6, 2015.She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren “June” Acree, Jr. and son Kenneth Warren Acree.Julia was light hearted and kind; she greeted every one with a sincere smile.She was born and lived in Brunswick County until her health declined.Survivors include her daughters, Phyllis Acree Kime of South Hill and Betty Acree Winn of Alberta, her son, Ronnie Lee Acree of Gasburg, eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandson and her sister Nora Seward Atkinson of Dillwyn.A memorial service will be held at a later date.Memorial donations in memory of Julia Ann Seward Acree can be made to Rock United Methodist Church, 75 Rock Church Rd. Lawrenceville, VA 23868.
