Patricia F. Downey

Patricia F. Downey of South Hill, VA died on February 17th following a long illness. She was born on August 21, 1946 in Gallagher, WV, was a 1964 graduate of East Bank High School and a former employee at Huntington State Hospital. Ms. Downey is survived by her sister, Karen D. Garnett of Boydton, VA, her nephew Darrel Garnett and his wife Brittany, also of Boydton. She was predeceased by both parents, Illeen Downey Lytle and Franklin L. Downey originally of Gallagher, WV. Services are private.
