Patricia Lynn Martin

Patricia Lynn Martin of Bracey, VA, passed away Friday, July 14, 2023, at the age of 82. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska on May 24, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James Harold Forester and Laura Siemers Forester, and was married to the late Rolland Martin. Patricia went to business school and had a career as an administrative secretary. She loved her church, St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Ebony, VA.  Always very talented, Patricia was known to be an amazing interior designer and decorator. She was very skilled card player and at one time was president of her local American Legion. Patricia is loved by many people in Bracey and will be missed dearly.

Cherishing Patricia’s memory are her two children, Ellen Rago (Joe) and Keith Corbett (Amy); seven grandchildren, Angela Lesh (Rick), David Rago, Lauren Rago, Devon Corbett, Danielle Corbett, Ian Corbett, and Ryan Corbett. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Diane Gould; and her son, Timothy Corbett.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Martin will be Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Ebony, VA.  In lieu of flowers, Patricia's family asks that donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in her name.
