Patti S. Patterson, 62, of Clarksville, VA, formerly of upstate NY, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after a long hard fight with pancreatic cancer.

Patti is survived by her partner, Charles Kirschner, daughter, Angela Butler, brother, Stephen (Nida) Patterson, sisters, Denise (Charles) Trudell, Penny (Larry) Walker, Susan (Rick) Shoemaker, step daughter, Felicia (Ben) Kirschner-Meyers, brother-in-law, Timothy Carr, grandchildren, Kyle, Kaleigh, Jonah, Miles, Alexis, and Addison, Aunt Shirley (William) Ward, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Patti was predeceased by her son, Nathan Newton, parents, Gerald and Beverly LeBlanc, brother, Skip Patterson, and sister, Kathleen Carr.

Patti retired from the New York State IT department in 2017. She was previously employed with Oswego County Department of Social Services and was the former owner/operator of the Redfield Hotel in Redfield, NY. Patti spent the last few years living in Virginia caring for our parents, Bev and Jerry. She truly enjoyed fishing and spending time by the water.

The family requests any donations for Patti be made to 1st Care at Home Hospice, 425 Main St, South Boston, VA 24592 or Rehoboth Methodist Church, 3577 Phillis Rd., Boydton, VA 23917.

Services for Patti will be held Monday, April 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Rehoboth Memorial Church, Boydton, VA.
