Sandra Williams Ingram

Sandra Williams "Sandi" Ingram, 69, of Clarksville passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023. She was born in Halifax County on August 17, 1954 to Lester Williams and Mary Bowen Williams.

Sandi was very artistic; making jewelry & a jill of all trades.  She was a word expert with doing crosswords and playing scrabble.  She was previously employed in factory work and also at Hardee's.

Sandi is survived by daughters, Mariella Smith (Jimmie) of Gladys, VA and Carrie Hoskins (Steven) of South Boston, VA; bonus daughter, Tina Walker of South Boston, VA; brother, Michael Williams (Loretta) of Pontoon Beach, IL; sister, Deborah Lloyd of Chesterfield, VA; grandchildren, Sierra Johnson (Michael) of Halifax, VA, Carly Hatfield (Frank) of Elliston, VA, Haley Puryear of Danville, VA, Stephanie Harris (Zach) of South Boston, VA, Gabrielle Puryear of Danville, VA, Skylar Hoskins of South Boston, VA, Natalie Hoskins of South Boston, VA, Elexa Wright of South Boston, VA, Shawn Kinney (Gladys, VA),Tyler Hoskins of South Boston, VA and Elijah Ulery of South Boston, VA.; 11 great grandchildren;  her best friend, Linda Carrington and a host of chosen family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Oak Level Presbyterian Church, 2140 Oak Level Road, South Boston, VA 24592. Everyone is encouraged to dress casual and preferably in purple. There will be a Pot Luck dinner following the service.
