Sofia Kloc Howe

Bracey, VA - Sofia “Zochka” Kloc Howe, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.She was born in Munich, Germany on July 14, 1949 to the late Anna Lubczycz and Wolodymyr Kloc.Sofia moved to the United States in August of 1956. Mrs. Howe is survived by her husband, Kenneth Fredrick Howe, II; daughter, Katherine H. Baldwin (Chad) of Hope Mills, NC; sons, Kenneth F. Howe, III (Heather) of Hinsdale, NH and Abram W. Howe of Winchester, NH.; sisters, Natalie Bates, Irene Kloc, Pauline Bates and Kathy Belanger; and brothers, Michael Kloc and Ted Kloc.Also surviving are her grandchildren, Samantha Baldwin, Keith Howe, Lilyann Baldwin and Aiden Baldwin as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Mrs. Howe will be held on at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Southside Baptist Church in South Hill, VA.
